- 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
- 2 tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 3/4 cups soy milk
- 2 tbs butter (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
In a saucepan, stir sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, and salt.
On medium heat, pour milk.
Bring to a slight boil, or until the mixture coats the back of the spoon
Remove from heat.
Stir in vanilla and butter.
Serve warm or chilled!
*Tips: Top with a dollop of whipped cream and berries!
